New to the game - Question on coins/ money

Welcome to the game. Postal deliveries are one way to make money. However, that was kind of buggy and I just backed it out. :-( However there are two other ways.
Firstly is by fighting monsters. As you range across the wilderness, you come across monsters and fight them. Some monsters have treasure (e.g. Dwarves) others do not (e.g. Wolves). As long as you fight the fight to the finish (i.e. don't run away) you will get their treasure at the end.
The second was is to collect bounties. If you follow the roads and find a castle, just to the left on the inside is an office with bounties posted. It will tell you how to get to a lair, and once you clear it out and return, you will be paid a bounty.
